2018 in Review – my favourite wedding photographs of the year
I’m pleased to share my favourite wedding photos of 2018. It’s been an amazing year and this is the result! I’d like to thank all my clients for trusting me with the responsible task of being your wedding photographer. Most of the weddings were done in France, England, Italy and Spain. Please see the photos below to see what I’ve been up to, I’ve added captions below some of the photos so that you can understand what I see in them.
I’d also like to thank my wife and retoucher Inese for her magical touch when it comes to color grading and touching up the photos, you’ve done a stellar work, as always!
Enjoy the photographs below and I’m looking forward to new weddings, new destinations and new challenges for 2019. If you’re looking for a wedding photographer, please get in touch through my contact form.
A beautiful wedding cake, love how flowers look on it.
Something from a Venetian carnival.
Rain is not always bad!
This could be taken anywhere, but it’s a narrow street in Chelsea, London, near the place I used to live.
A perfect evening in Salina, Italy. Can’t wait to go back there.
Ruined my pants in this one, but it was well worth it.
Luxembourg Garden in Paris. Be careful here when shooting, don’t get on the grass, the police will get to you right away.
Luxembourg Gardens again – love to shoot there in Paris
Back to London for this one, a wonderful evening with London’s skyline in the back.
The view from my hotel window. Kind of caught the moment, it felt special.
A photoshoot before the wedding. It really helps to establish a good communication before the wedding. Makes it easy on the wedding day.
And there’s a second photographer in the hot air balloon, the one on the right.
An Australian dude in France.
A touch of a fairy tale at Chateau Challain.
Just check out how relaxed this photograph is. A hot day in France.
