The morning began at Baglioni Hotel in Kensington. The suites offered a calm preparation space and placed the wedding close to both Holland Park and Mayfair.
Details and portraits were kept restrained so there was room for family interactions and the anticipation before departure.

A light-filled ceremony in Holland Park
The Orangery gave the ceremony a softer, garden-led atmosphere. White architecture, large windows and surrounding greenery created a clear visual break from the hotels.
The couple could move straight into portraits and congratulations without a long transfer immediately after the vows.

A red-bus journey into Mayfair
The movement between venues became part of the story, with London streets and transport connecting the ceremony to the reception.
Photographing the journey preserved the feeling of a city wedding rather than presenting three unrelated interiors.

Claridge’s brought the day into a more formal evening setting. The reception combined polished service and classic interiors with the warmth of a close group of guests.
The final photographs move from controlled room details into speeches, laughter and the energy of the celebration.

Three elegant locations without turning the day into a venue tour
Baglioni, The Orangery and Claridge’s all have recognisable visual character. The challenge is to connect them through people and movement so the gallery still feels like one wedding rather than three separate editorial shoots.
I use the softer daylight and greenery around Holland Park as a middle chapter between hotel interiors. The bus journey and street arrivals then become useful documentary transitions before the more formal evening in Mayfair.

Make the movement between venues part of the wedding, not a delay
Baglioni, The Orangery and Claridge’s sit across a busy part of West London. The ceremony departure and Mayfair arrival need enough margin for traffic, guest boarding and photographs around the bus.
Holland Park gives a useful outdoor portrait option, but it should not hold up the reception. Claridge’s interiors and nearby Mayfair streets provide a second visual chapter if weather or park conditions change.
