Mayfair wedding in London – Claridges, Baglioni , The Orangery in Holland Park
Welcome to a Mayfair wedding in London. Meet Martina and Magnus – a couple from Sweden who decided to come over here for a wedding, their own, of course. First of all I met both of them few months before the wedding, so I got to know them little closer. What I learned was that I was on to something special, therefore I waited for their wedding eagerly.
We started the day at the Baglioni Hotel in Kensington, where Martina was having her hair and make-up done. After this we went to Holland Park for the first look, short pre wedding photo shoot and then off to the wedding ceremony at The Orangery. And I loved the ceremony over there, it was very emotional as they usually are, but most of all. I really enjoyed the light over there. Finally I loved the huge windows and overcast sky.
Fun part with the ring
Yes, after the wedding ceremony, in the car park, I had a littel “hickup” with the wedding ring. It fell in the grill of the Rolls Royce, we almost lost it, fished it out with a broken umbrella. Seems like it’s always handy to have one of those with you 🙂 It’s just a part of being a wedding photographer.
Finally we were off to Claridges, an amazing wedding venue in Mayfair – lots of speeches, lots of energy during dances and a kidnapping. Yes, see the photos below.

The Orangery Holland Garden wedding ceremony
This is one of the most romantic places in London to have a wedding ceremony. Holland Garden is one of the most beautiful parks of London. With it’s interesting history and rose gardens the park is a smart choice for a wedding.
