Where We Went & Why It Was Awesome
Stop 1: Lake Geneva – A Romantic Start
The session kicked off by the lake, where Iris and Mike perfected their “effortlessly in love” look while I snapped away. The gentle waves, golden autumn leaves, and the occasional curious swan made for a dreamy start.
Stop 2: Vintage Carousel – Because Love is a Ride
Next up, a nostalgic stop at a vintage merry-go-round. Between laughter, twirls, and some questionable attempts at balancing on the carousel horses, we captured playful, cinematic moments that felt straight out of an old romance film.
Stop 3: St. Pierre Cathedral – Views & Vows
Every great love story needs a dramatic setting, and this was it. Inside St. Pierre Cathedral in Geneva, soft light filtered through the stained glass, setting the perfect stage for some timeless, intimate portraits. Then, we climbed up the tower (yes, actual cardio was involved), but the sweeping view over the city was 100% worth it.
Stop 4: Back to the Lake – Now with Extra Swans
Returning to the lake, we found ourselves surrounded by dozens of swans, all clearly ready for their close-up. Some swam gracefully, others photobombed. Either way, Iris and Mike’s photos turned out effortlessly romantic—just them, the water, and their unexpected feathery fan club.
